Welcome to Douserr, a trading name of CC Dynamic Solutions Ltd. With the rise of Lithium fires in scrap metal and recycling facilities up and down the UK in the last five years it has never been more important for businesses to help safeguard their sites in the prevention of fires.
After years of research and development, the Douserr 2100 has been manufactured to help businesses in the scrap and recycling industry take the necessary steps to prevent fires in the workplace.
Spearheaded by Micky Coutts, with over four decades experience in the scrap industry, the Douserr 2100 was born in 2024 and is already receiving excellent reviews.
The Problem
With the rise in Lithium battery fires at scrap and recycling facilities up and down the UK, prevention is becoming more and more important. Our inspiration was born from a scrap yard worker explaining that they needed a quick and easy way to prevent battery fires by spraying water around the yard to dampen down the areas. However, the issue was being able to get water to the appropriate areas of the site in a quick and efficient way.
Our Solution
We set out to create an all-in-one system where you can easily transport the Douserr 2100 around the yard and attach to one or multiple IBC units positioned in key locations to help dampened the area. The Douserr 2100 provides an excellent solution for all businesses where there is a risk of fire caused by Lithium batteries. This versatile, cost-effective piece of equipment offers tangible benefits and adds real value to any site.
